Bio
Irish international Horgan arrived at Adams Park ahead of the 2020/21 Championship campaign, posing a creative threat in the Wanderers midfield.
Beginning in his hometown of Galway, he spent most of his early career in Ireland where he represented Sligo Rovers, Cork City, and later Dundalk, where his side reached the Champions League play-off round.
Earning the PFAI Young Player of the Year in his first season at Oriel Park, he went on to play every minute in their 2016/17 Europa League group stage - notching against Zenit St. Petersburg and setting up two despite finishing bottom of the group.
A switch to England saw the tricky winger join Championship Preston North End in 2017, and he then moved north of the border to Hibernian.
Wycombe came calling, and he featured heavily in his first two years at Adams Park, while he's also represented the Republic of Ireland 14 times, with his debut coming in March 2017 against Iceland. Following some promising performances including in the 3-0 loss to England, he scored one and set one up in a 4-1 victory over Andorra in March 2021.
Daryl moved on loan to Stevenage in January 2023, on a deal for the remainder of the season.
